Woman's Arm Severed In Car Accident

A Letcher County woman suffered a horrible injury early Thursday when her arm was severed in a car crash on the Mountain Parkway in Clark County.

Several people stopped to help, and it turns out, the good samaritans may very well have saved Dotson's life. Sheila Vice, a nurse's aide, and an off-duty EMT from another county stopped to help, and put a tourniquet on Dotson's arm to stop the bleeding. Her arm was found near the accident still clutching a cell phone.

This is probably why Singapore implement the law.

Batman vs Osama

At the WonderCon 2006 comic-book convention in San Francisco last weekend, legendary comics writer and artist Frank Miller revealed that Batman would hunt down bin Laden and al Qaeda in his next DC Comics graphic novel.

In "Holy Terror, Batman!" the Caped Crusader goes after the terror leader and his organization after Gotham City is attacked by terrorists. Though the graphic novel's title is a take on Robin the Boy Wonder's catchphrase, Miller said there was nothing campy about the story.

While out last night with dada-chan, we stopped at the outdoor theatre of the Esplanade to listen to a group of 4 guys singing.

Their voices were wonderful. Their guitars and keyboard were enchanting.

Only thing we were wondering is why they called themselves "Timmy"

Anyway, we would like to see them perform again. This time we will get a seat and stay longer.

I might miss the mark by a couple of minutes. Had planned to post this single entry at about the exact time, my dadalicious and I held our hands.

History was made a whole year ago. Looking back, neither of us cant quite imagine how so many things could happen in such a short time. It maybe a bitter sweet journey but it was MY bitter sweet journey. I would return to walk the same steps if I have to.

Thanks for walking along with me my dearest. I would like to complete my journey with you.

PS. thankfully, my sailing trip was cut short yesterday and I managed to return to spend a quiet evening with my dada. I had thought of making today a special affair with big flowers, gifts and cards. But deep down these are all distractions and I just wanted a simple way to show that I love you.

Just a matter of hours I will be up on a Ship sailing to a secret location. If you wonder why I am doing this.... well its part of my job. I will only return late on thursday night. Dun you miss me.

I have prepared myself for boredom. Got my movies to watch, books to read, magazine to flip and of course work to be done. I can only wonder if I could survive the bad sea conditions. I hope not to puke and even gotten some pills just in case I do.

But I am greatly sadden. Thursday is to be our 1 year. Our First Milestone. But yet I could not be around to celebrate. I had very much wanted to spend a good evening with my dada-chan (aka dadalicious or sasa) but guess its not to be. The only part which brings a little smile to me was that we did sorta started after the midnight strikes. Which in theory means, friday was the actual day.

But we like to remember that on the 9th is the day we met and thats when our feeling began to unfold.

RC is short for remote control. We all probably grew up playing one of those RC cars and gotten real crazy over them for a long time.

A few of us might have even went on to RC planes. The challenge however is to be able to fly one of those tiny model propellor types. Well this group of ppl, design an build a large sized RC jetplane.

Jet Li's last

I caught Fearless with my dearess couple of days back. It was to be Jet Li's final Martial art movie and that is reason enough that everyone should catch it.

We walked in expecting it to be a no brain movie. Intending to leave our brains at the door while we sit back and experience the kicks, punches and the broken bones. However we gotten more than we could imagine.

The action was fabulous needless to say. The cast acted real well except for the big sized ang-mo. The STORY was exceptionally well. In fact it was soooo good, that even if all the fighting is remove the movie would still sell.

This makes me wonder if this is really based on a real character.

Anyhow, you should all go down and watch it.

The 2nd Lion dancer

I was going to title this as "The Ass of the Lion" but thought that would steal away the credit to the great man.

Anyhow, I was watching the annual boring Lion dance competition at my aunts place. Its then I came to realise these.

The dancer who stands at the ass has little credit as compared to the dancer who holds the head.

For sure, the Lion wont be able to come to live without 1 of the dancer playing the ass but just how much credit is ever given to him?

He has to lift the weight of the front guy (along with the head). He has to follow the moment of the dance and barely able to see much except the floor.

Well I would say Cheers to the 2nd dancer! You sure have to handle alot of shit and not getting much face.
