Mind reader

I remember a cool incident when many of my friends took my PDA and started playing around with it. (I would say they stole it but then again they are my friends). In it they found the application Mind reader and when absolutely crazy trying to figure out how it works.

As you can see my wonderful PDA kept coming out of cards which my dearest friends kept guessing. And yes there is a trick to it, provided you know how to figure it out. Well now, here is another mind reader, for you to solve.
