Like the heading, please never never skip your meals or go on silly diets to lose weight!!!
Seeing the movie super size me, BLM took an opportunity to try skipping meals and see what would happen to him.
To start of, BLM is a big eater. He eats most things, except icky mushrooms.
He almost never skip meals cause of his childhood gastric problems.
He know better than that.
However seeing girls who always think that they are fat and never exercise,
he decided to try skipping meals and see what happen.
Day 1
1. curry puff for breakfast
2. fishball noodles for lunch
3. nothing for dinner
Day 2
1. 14 mins jog
2. 1 slice of cake
3. 20 jiazi
4. nothing for dinner
Just this 2 days, BLM lost 1 Kg, grow tired easily, became grouchy and lazy
Should Day 3 carry on?
