Money money money

I was told that I left slightly more than 1K in my assigned budget to spend. However BLM had bought all that the project needed already. However, he still have to spend the remaining amount otherwise it will be taken away by DSTA.

So for the whole of today and yesterday, BLM flipped thru thick catalogues looking for stuffs to buy. If he needs 1, he will order 10. If he thinks he doesnt need it, he will buy anyway. And if he knows he has no use for it, he will buy and keep it in the lab for someone else to use.
