and among this list I would like to attempt 2, 13, 14, 16, 17 and 19.

The clicking shoulder

Its been a year since the fateful day and I still could not fully recollect the events.

What I do know is that since the unfortunate accident, my left shoulder has developed a clicking sound.

Initially, whenever I over exerted myself, I would experience a sharp pain at the shoulder blade. This would follow quickly with a numbness to the entire arm.

I gathered that my muscle and nerves had not fully recovered and more time was needed.

This now has evolved to a funny clicking sound that its much like cracking my knuckles. Whenever I feel a slight tingling on my upper arm, I just have to raise it up, hear a click and immediately all my joints would be returned to their position and the sensation is gone.

This is one strange "powers" I have

Smiles for all

Walking down the aisle

Having attended another good friend's wedding, I cant help but feel the butterflies in my tummy. In just less than 5 months, I would be in the same spotlight among closed friends and relatives.

The anxiety is slowly building up in me. There is much to be done. The details, the brothers list, the guest list, etc. And I am still concern about finding the right photographer.

So much was the importance of this, I had held off all plans to seek a greener pasture this year. I simply needed the time and energy to focus on getting the preparation in order.

Just last Saturday, my fiancee and I went for a jog. We have both decided to lose a few pounds and needed each other company and motivation. We ran about 30 mins before stopping and took a stroll towards a food center.

I had with me just $10 which was to be enough for drinks. However, the cravings of satay beehoon and chicken wings were too much to bear. Having left with just over $7, I decided to leave her queuing in the long line while I made a trip back to collect more cash.

Perhaps I under-estimated my abilities. Just 20 mins into the trip back, my legs were crying for a break. I had to stop to rest for a moment, before pressing on. In my thoughts, I just do not want to keep my wife-to-be waiting.

As I arrived at her place, my watch showed a good 24 mins of back paddling. I was exhausted and knew that it may take another 35 mins before I could run back to her. As such I did what the first thing I thought. I took a bus to the nearest busstop I could find. (On the hindsight, I should have taken the cab)

Alighting from there, the running journey took a further 10 mins. My legs were weak but I kept pressing on.

When I final arrived, there was a frantic few mins where I had to search for her. Neither of us brought our mobile phones after all. When we finally met, she had just munch down the last beehoon. Apparently the Q took 1 hr. Such was the speed of the hawker that I could not have imagine how did he managed to build up this reputation.

Anyhow the running prove to be worthwhile. We enjoyed a further plate of Oyster egg and another glass of sugar cane, before proceeding to walk back home.

This running prove to be a funny moment for us. And I would cherish the memories we shared.

PS. All the best, Ann and Andy

fitness regime

I have been keeping a regular fitness regime. Its not strict but I do get the guilt feeling when I skip a session or more.

My regular week consist of 2 gym sessions that are mostly weights training. In addition, I ran twice a week. Ranging from 2.4 to 4km given my mood. I also played badminton if the courts are available.

Now all this workouts did not come easy. Time is a factor that I am finding hard to come by. And what drives me on was that after each session, I realise that my stress has been burnt away.

Couple of years back, I am really unfit. I get breathless easily and would shudder at the thought of running for my IPPT. Strangely now I look forward to signing up for yearly marathons. These group runs are like a milestone for me. Gives me the satisfaction to know that I am fit enough to complete the distance.

And I do know some of my closer frens are irritated by me. Been asking them to run with me in it, though without much success. Last year bday wish of running a marathon with my close pals din quite work out as I would have like.

Nevertheless, I would keep up my nagging and hopefully the bigger ones would be keen to run with me some day

Sharpie pencil

What happens here is that Sharpie has invented a new ink that behaved like pencil markings.

In other words, the writing can be erased by just a simple eraser.

I wonder what would this do to Bank cheques and such important documents

Unicorn gundam w Base

My Sweet bought me this for my bday.

I had a similar one built months ago. The hard work in my first MG was a big struggle for me. The number of parts as compare to a HG was like comparing a GTI to a Pedoura Kelisa.

Anyhow, I am excited to have 2 Unicorns. Could have them in different transformation stages
